So for today's post, I figured I'd do something a little different as opposed to my recent philosophical rambles. I just finished reading an article entitled: Men's Fashions that Women Hate . According to this article, socks with sandals, pinkie rings, manpris, and deep v-necks are loathed by women. My first thought was, why tell men what women hate? Why not tell them what women love? My second thought? I've never seen a man (or women now that I think about it) wear a pinkie ring. Now, I can't speak for all women, but I've never been one to look on the negative side of things.. so I'm going to put a positive spin on this article and construct a list of Men's Fashions that Women Love. Of course this will be biased to my personal thoughts on men's fashions.. but you'll get the idea.
1. V-necks! I don't care what this article says. V-necks on men are super attractive. Click on 'super attractive' and you'll see exactly what I mean ;] Not only do they show off a man's physique, they're classic and can be dressed up, or worn casually.
2. Hats! Whether it's a baseball hat, fedora, or beanie, hats go with virtually any outfit and have the power to pull an outfit together. Hats always a look a bit free-spirited and mysterious - like it was thrown on as a last-minute wardrobe choice and not worn to cover a bad hair day.
3. Scarves! With fall and winter just around the corner, scarves are an appropriate choice for any guy who wants to stay warm or look stylish. Scarves are not only super handy to keep out unwanted drafts, they are a fantastic accessory that can pull any outfit together.
4. Blazers with jeans! Blazers (or suit jackets) worn with a casual t-shirt and jeans look super sharp on any guy without going over the top. It gives a business-edge to an every day look.
5. Skinny ties! Skinny ties put a modern-twist on a classic. The beauty of a skinny tie really lies in the simplistic fact that they can be worn with jeans and a blazer (as discussed in #4) or to a wedding, black tie affair, etc.
6. Leather jackets! Leather jackets are a key piece to any wardrobe (male or female). They are edgy and mysterious and look damn good when put over a casual shirt or v-neck.
7. Fitted jeans! When I say fitted, I don't mean this, rest assured. I mean something that shows off a guy's assets and compliments him! Something more like this. After all, the pants-hanging-off-the-hips-look went out a while ago. When a guy wears jeans that actually fit his body, it's super attractive and makes him look put together.
