It has been an incredibly long time since I've blogged. As some of you might remember, I started the 30 Day Challenge. Why didn't I finish it? My mind tends to jump from one thing to the next, and, quite frankly, it bored me. I've been lacking inspiration lately, however, I believe I've discovered it again.
Please take the time to view a few things I've had the pleasure of being a part of recently:

The above photos are just a few of many of my favourites. I have worked twice now with Daniela Majic, a photographer based out of Hamilton. Not only is she exceptional in what she does (as you can see from the photos above), but she goes out of her way to ensure that her team is comfortable, informed, and provided with anything they need (from food to water, and blankets to an extra pair of socks).
Both times I worked with Daniela, she had Amanda Rankin on hand to do makeup. She is so talented at what she does and can create any look. Daniela and Amanda are both so joyous to work with and I enjoyed myself both times, more than I could possibly put into words.
I realized how much I truly enjoy working as part of a creative team. I love the process - seeing the steps taken to create and execute a vision. While the 'behind-the-scenes' moments are definitely some of my most enjoyable, the finished product is what brings me back to the camera each time. I absolutely LOVE seeing how everyone's efforts have paid off - how the vision has come to life. Daniela has an extraordinary mind, and when I can help to contribute to the finished product, I am oh-so willing. As you can see from the few photos above, both she and Amanda are extremely talented and passionate individuals, and they have both helped to restore some passion within myself. I can't wait to work with them in the near future! If you would like to read more about this shoot, or see more of Daniela's photos, go to:

..On a side (and completely random) note, this is my last week of this semester. I finished my last presentation today, have my psychology exam tomorrow, and my last exam on Friday. I'm feeling confident about both of my exams, mostly because I'm passionate about psychology, and Friday's exam should be fairly basic. I have already received my schedule for next semester, and am excited to attend my elective - Ordinary Heroes: Extraordinary Lives. The reason I chose this class as my elective, is because I believe/hope it will be fulfilling. Initially, I registered in Exploring Music and Film, however, after doing more research into Heroes, I realized that it had the potential to challenge me and leave me with a renewed passion and personal fulfillment. Ultimately, this is most important to me, so I transferred. I can't wait to get started!
Also, a few of my friends and I are going to Montreal with TNT Tours for New Years. I'm incredibly excited. I have not yet been to Quebec, and I believe the experience will definitely be one to remember!
That's all I've got for now, friends. I hope everyone is coping with their exams, and if I do not blog before then, I hope you all have a lovely Christmas break!
-Satisfy my Soul
